How shipping works
The total time between purchase and delivery is made up of two separate stages:
- Order processing: orders are handled from Monday to Friday and are prepared and handed over to the courier by the working day after payment.
- Courier transit: once shipped, the parcel travels in 24/48 hours within Italy and in 24/48/72 hours for the rest of Europe, depending on the destination.
All shipments are made by trackable courier. On the day of shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow your parcel, with updates for each status change (shipped, in transit, out for delivery, delivered) and a notice on the expected delivery day.
Shipping costs
The cost shown (VAT included) includes the transport service by trackable courier and the parcel's protective packaging.

The delivery times shown should be considered indicative: they may vary in the event of exceptional circumstances, and may be slightly longer for islands or remote areas. We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by the courier.
Shipments outside the European Union (duties and taxes)
Shipments to non-EU countries (for example the United Kingdom and the United States) are made under DAP terms (Delivered At Place). This means that any customs duties, import taxes and local VAT are not included in the order price and are payable by the recipient, who will pay them to the carrier or customs office upon delivery.
For smooth delivery
- Enter your first name and surname accurately, or the name shown on the doorbell.
- Enter the exact house number (including flat or unit number, if necessary) and the correct postcode.
- Leave a reachable telephone number for any communications from the courier.
