Naturalight® Bauxite Glasses - Pinhole Glasses for Eye Exercises

The frame of this silver glasses model is particularly lightweight and features large screens. The lenses are made of black polycarbonate with holes calibrated for distance, position and size, which help move the eye muscles naturally and keep eyesight well trained.

What are the benefits:

They improve visual ability, focusing effectiveness and provide relief and relaxation to the eye muscles. They are recommended for those who suffer from myopia, astigmatism and presbyopia, and for those who spend a lot of time in front of a PC.

When to wear them:

We recommend using them when stationary, therefore not while moving, as they reduce the lateral field of vision. Wear them at home or in a safe environment where you feel comfortable.

It is important to use them consistently and in places where there is plenty of light. At first it may feel tiring to wear them, but this is normal; just a few minutes a day are enough for an initial adjustment and to get the brain used to this new way of seeing.
