White Sage Smudge Natural and Sustainable Incense

Smudge made from woven leaves of Salvia apiana. These are natural incenses made by artisans from regions of Central America and California according to Native American tradition. Smudges are recommended for those seeking purification, energetic rebalancing and positive vibrations.

How to use Smudges:

1. Place the end of the Smudge over the open flame of a candle.
2. Be careful not to leave the Smudge on the flame for too long, otherwise you risk using up the essential oils immediately.
3. When a layer of embers forms on the end of the Smudge, wave it until it goes out. This allows the fumigation to proceed on its own.
4. If you want to stop the fumigation, simply place the Smudge in a glass jar with a lid or with sand.

When to use Smudges:

Smudges are recommended for deep purification ceremonies and rituals where the presence of smoke is necessary, which by its very nature has a more decisive and pervasive action, absorbing and transforming stagnant energies into something lighter and more sublime. The vibrations perceived from fumigation with Smudge are comparable to those of a drum.
