COSTS

For Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City, shipping costs €4.90 with standard service, if the threshold of 29€ of purchased products is reached, shipping is always free with standard service.

For the CE and extra CE countries listed below, shipping costs vary according to the country of destination and are listed below:

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are taken Monday to Friday and are processed within one working day after receipt of payment.

We make every effort to ensure that the goods reach their destination as quickly as possible. Shipments are all made by traceable couriers. On the day of shipment you will be sent an email with the tracking code to follow your parcel. You will receive notification of any change in the status of your shipment (dispatched, in transit, delivered). On the day of scheduled delivery you will receive an email to notify you of the delivery.

STANDARD SERVICE:

- Italy: Deliver takes 2-4 working days (barring unforeseen circumstances) throughout Italy and San Marino.

- EC and extra-EC: Delivery takes 2-4 working days (barring unforeseen circumstances) throughout continental Europe; for islands and remote areas delivery times can be up to 5-6 working days. 

These delivery times are to be considered approximate or average, they may be subject to change in exceptional cases or events.

We take no responsibility for any delays caused by the courier.
